Focus on the future: Solution Focused Hypnotherapy doesn’t delve into the root causes of your challenges and make you re-live painful memories. Instead, it helps you envision your preferred future and create a roadmap to get there. I ask questions like “What would life be like if this problem wasn’t an issue?” or “What small steps could you take towards your desired outcome?“
Solution-oriented: True to its name, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on finding solutions, not analyzing the problem. I use specific techniques and questions to help you identify your strengths, resources, and past successes. This empowers you to tap into your own ability to overcome challenges.
