These classes will help you to lose weight. It is long term, so we’re not talking about dropping a dress size  in a week. Weight loss starts with the mind, this programme teaches you how to master the mind so it collaborates with you in terms of achieving your goal of losing weight. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset, so you can set yourself up for success with long term sustainable weight loss

Hypnosis

We’ll use hypnosis to support the work we’re doing. Hypnosis is like trance, we go in and out of a trance many times a day eg watching tv, driving the same route, so it’s perfectly natural & safe. 

Feel Happier & Better

These classes are so much more than just a weight loss programme. They will help you to become happier and healthier. And by being happy, you’re more likely to achieve our goal of weight loss. When we’re happy, we feel good, and we’re more inclined to follow the actions that we know will make us healthier

Sleep Better

These classes will improve your sleep. Poor sleep makes it hard to lose weight, so in these classes we’ll take a look at sleep, how it impacts our weight, and what we can do about it. You’ll also receive a hypnosis track that is part of this programme and will really help with your sleep.

High stress levels means high cortisol levels, which makes weight loss harder. So as part of the classes we take a look at stress, we discuss how stress & anxiety is created, and what we can do about this, so we’re less stressed & anxious in our life.

Hormones and the chemicals in the brain have an impact on our weight, so during this programme we’ll learn about hormones and chemicals, how they impact our weight, and what we can do about it.

You know what you should do to lose weight, but you just can’t seem to do it. No matter how hard you try, you just can’t get to the gym, and you just can’t stop eating junk food? 

You’re not alone. This is common for a lot of us. We know what we need to do to drop those extra pounds, but we just can’t do it. 

We think it’s because we’re not motivated enough, but that’s not true. 

You see we have a primitive brain and an intellectual brain. When we’re in the primitive part of our brain we know what we need to do to lose weight but we don’t do it. When we’re in the intellectual part, this is where we feel happy, motivated and in control of our life, and we find it a lot easier to do the actions we need to do to lose weight.


So how do we get to be in the intellectual part of the brain? Well this is what I teach in these classes. 

I help you so you move into your intellectual part of your brain, and spend less time in your primitive part, ultimately making you happier & healthier. 

  

We’ve been led to believe that weight loss is about what you eat & how active you are, however, weight loss starts with the mind first. I’ll be teaching you how the brain works, so you can stop self sabotage and get it working with you, rather than against you, I’ll be teaching you what impacts our waist line eg hormones, chemicals in the body, etc and how we can control these with our mind, and help to lose weight.
