We know a stress free employee will always out-perform their colleague who is suffering from work-related anxiety, stress & overwhelm. That’s why managing stress in the workplace is so important. To help your employees with their wellbeing, I deliver fun, interactive, educational session(s) that will teach your employees how to manage stress and reduce anxiety. I help them to understand the basics of how the brain functions, enabling your employees to discuss mental health in a pragmatic and honest way, raising awareness and removing the stigma that surrounds it. During the session I work with your employees to help destroy the myths surrounding mental health, and help them become part of a secure, safe and stress-free working environment, with a happy, productive workforce. Brain Basics
By explaining the brain and how it works, I can help your teams to understand why we suffer with mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress, insomnia and depression. I’ll explain what we can do about it. I use the session to educate and share vital tools and tips to empower your employees, helping them to understand how they can be happy, confident and motivated. This supports them just not just in their professional lives, but in their personal lives too. I’ll share the latest neuroscience and research. The information provided is designed to educate your employees so that they take away knowledge that they can implement into their day to day lives. Enabling them to make small changes to the way they handle difficulties, stress, anxiety & overwhelm. Equipping them with the tools for success and coping mechanisms to be happy, productive at work and in their personal lives.
Rules of the mind
I teach the rules of the mind. I show how powerful the mind is and how our thoughts can create physical reactions and responses in the body. How the mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. How our natural tendency to have negative thoughts, and negatively catastrophise future events, creates our own anxiety, and how we can turn this around.
How to empty the stress bucket
I’ll teach your teams how they can empty their stress bucket, and reduce stress & anxiety. Freeing them up to feel more positive and motivated.
Deep Relaxation
We’ll finish the session with a deep relaxation. I’ll take your employees on a 30 minute deep relaxation, sharing a visual journey that includes positive language, affirmations and much more. In this time, your employees will have time for positive reflection and relaxation, leaving them feeling refreshed and motivated.
