Online Hypnotherapy Weight Loss and Mental Wellbeing Group Classes
Classes Start Wednesday 21st January at 8:30pm
The classes are online via Zoom. The programme runs for 5 weeks on a Tuesdsay evening 8:30pm. Approximately 50 – 60 minute classes. As part of the classes you’ll also receive a hypnosis track to listen to outside of the classes.

About your facilitator
I’m Laura, a solution-focused hypnotherapist with a background in wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change.
I work with people who feel stuck — whether that’s with stress, anxiety, habits, or performance — and help them create calm, sustainable change by understanding how the mind works.

“I’m not sure hypnotherapy will work for me.”
You don’t need to believe in it or be “good at it”. Hypnotherapy is simply a calm, focused state that helps the brain relax and learn new patterns. -
“I’ve tried lots of things before.”
Most people who join have. This programme is different because we’re not focusing on willpower or rules — we’re working with how the brain actually responds to stress, habits, and emotions. -
“I’m worried about being in a group.”
There’s no pressure to share. Many people simply listen, reflect, and take part in the hypnosis. The environment is supportive, gentle, and non-judgemental. -
“I’m busy — will I keep up?”
Sessions are recorded, so you can watch or re-listen in your own time. The tools are designed to fit real life, not add pressure.

When & Where are the classes
The hypnotherapy weight loss group classes are held online, via Zoom. The 4 week course runs Tuesday 8:30pm from 13th January
Is Hypnotherapy safe
Yes hypnotherapy is perfect safe. We use a lovely relaxation trance track to support the weight loss work we’re doing. It’s perfectly safe, we go in and out of trance naturally many times a day eg when we’re watching tv, driving our regular root.
How does it work
Weight loss starts with the mind. Our mind controls our thoughts, actions, behaviours. It ultimately controls what we eat and if we workout. We focus on getting control back of our mind so we can do the actions we know we need to take to achieve the weight management we want. Stress & poor sleep also negatively impact our weight, so during the sessions we develop tools to empty our stress bucket, to help our weight management journey

This course is not a quick win, drop a dress size in a couple of weeks course. It is about setting the foundations of long term sustainable weight management and mental wellbeing
