As some of you might have seen I qualified as a hypnotherapist back in December 2022.
I get quite a few questions about hypnotherapy, so I thought I’d take some time to write a couple of posts and answer some of the common questions I get
 
 
Question – What is hypnotherapy?
 
 
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to help people with a variety of conditions and issues. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility that can be induced by a trained therapist. When you’re in a hypnotic state, you’re more open to suggestions and ideas that can help you make positive changes in your life. But remember you’re in complete control, you can choose which suggestions you wish to accept.
